We're a static raid group that's been running since release; started with a lot of budget geared characters that struggled even with the event buff, but quickly climbed in power thanks to raid rewards and now boast a guaranteed clear rate. So we're well experienced in the limits of what it takes to clear the raid, definitely not looking for full ebins just to join (or conversely, barely geared alts claiming they can handle BG/Boats).
