Red "X" on the Hp enemy's face fix

Hey recently I downloaded the updated Red "X" remove mod, and I realized that it removes the "X" when you kill an enemy and it shows a "X" on their face next to the hp bar. Is there anyway i can remove all other "X"s and keep that one showing up?. Pls help me out.

I heard tooters created the mod, maybe someone could help me get in touch with him to see if its possible.
